What to do against dry feet? Discover two natural remedies for the horn made with coconut oil, honey and coarse salt.
Ingredients
Coconut oil (or olive oil)
Coarse salt
Almond Honey
Lavender essential oil
Peppermint essential oil
Step 1: the relaxing foot bath
Start this cocooning moment with a relaxing foot bath to soften the skin before the exfoliation. In a small bath of hot water pour 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 5 drops of lavender essential oil and 5 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Let your feet soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2: gentle scrub for feet with honey
- Mix in a bowl 1 tbsp of coconut oil (or olive oil), 1 tbsp of coarse salt and 1 tbsp of Almond Honey or use our honey scrub
- Pat dry your feet with a towel then apply the scrub by massaging your feet in a circular fashion. Pay particular attention to dry areas like the heel and the pulpy part below the toes.
- If possible, let the scrub sit for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with hot water.
