It also has the ability to act on hyperpigmentation as well as acne. Turmeric acts favorably on skin prone to dryness. It improves tissue elasticity and activates blood circulation.

The turmeric anti-aging mask
This anti-aging recipe consists of preparing a mask made from turmeric, honey and coconut milk. Honey is known for its moisturizing properties while coconut milk, rich in antioxidants, contains vitamins and minerals.

In a bowl dedicated to beauty, (the turmeric task), just mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of coconut milk, until you obtain ‘a smooth and homogeneous paste. After cleansing the face with lukewarm water to open the pores, all that remains is to apply the preparation to the face. The exposure time is 15 to 20 minutes. The operation is completed by rinse with clean water. The treatment can be renewed once a week.

Due to its naturally coloring appearance, turmeric can leave yellow traces. Just rinse well to remove or use a cotton ball and a mild cleanser. Finally, before applying the treatment, a test should be carried out on a small area in order to rule out a potential allergy or skin reaction.
